The SIR (Staff
Individualised Record) provides Colleges with a Staffing Returns
Module which is both fully integrated with SDMS HRPersonnel and
maintained against changing requirements for the SIR as part of
Annual Maintenance and Support - whether this is in England or
Wales. Currently aggregate returns are produced for Scotland with
this currently in review with plans to introduce a SIR type return.
SDMS Ltd has been supplying SIR Data Management tools for FE
Colleges from the very start of the FEFC and the SIR format itself
and has proven experience.
