e-Recruit  provides web access for On Line Job Enquiries and Applications. Job  vacancies can be posted to your own website with the ability for enquiries to made by possible candiates with full On Line completion of job application forms. The time and cost of processing job enquiries and applications is massivley reduced as job data entered in the Windows product is immediately available on your recruitment web pages and data entered by job applicants is dynamically updated in the SDMS V HRPersonnel Recruitment Module.

Job Vacancies On Line

Within the HRPersonnel Recruitment module possible job vacancies can be identified from leavers, ending contracts, forthcoming retirements or insufficient FTE coverage. When vacancies are authorised, these can be designated as job vacancies and full job details entered - and posted immediately to the Vacancies section of your website.

Potential candidates are provided with keywork, job or departmental search options and On Line initial information enabling the prospective candidates to search for suitable vacancies.

Initial Enquiries

Prospective candidates can submit an initial enquiry and request for further information directly from the web by providing basic contact details.

The enquiry is automatically passed to “back office” – SDMS V HRPersonnel - where administrators can send additional information by email. The enquirer and prospective candidate will also receive automated user definable email with unique pass code, allowing them access to the On Line Job Application for to submit their application.

Candidates On Line Applications

The On Line Job Application can be customised by the organisation and includes full personal details, educational and job history, qualifications and personal submission. On Line Applications can be reviewed and amended as required by the candidate up to the closing date for the applications submissions.

Seamless, Dynamic, Interactive

On Line Vacancies, Enquiries and Applications are seamlessly and dynamically integrated between Web function and the Windows function. When enquiries or applications are submitted via web they dynamically appear in the Enquiry and Candidate database of the “back office” SDMS Windows software abolish manual data entry.
